Investment Property Help is a site I launched several years ago mainly because real estate investing is a passion of mine and I wanted to help people with some of the pitfalls and hurdles that I’ve and others have encountered so you don’t have to learn quite as many things the hard way.

Let’s be honest, if real estate investing was as easy as those late night infomercials and seminars said it was, we’d all be rich real estate moguls with thousands of units in our portfolios by now, but the truth is that there is plenty of hard work and digging to find those real gems.
